Built by
Athletes.
For Athletes.

12+ years of community behavioral health. Former NCAA athlete. NFLPA-certified. A licensed sports psychologist. And a conviction that mental fitness changes everything.

We exist to close the gap between the pressure athletes face and the mental fitness support they receive.

MAXXX Performance was built because the mental health system wasn’t designed for athletes. Therapy waiting lists. Clinical language that athletes tune out. One-time workshops that don’t stick. Crisis intervention after the damage is done.

We built something different. A mobile-first, AI-powered mental fitness platform that speaks athlete. Daily reps. Measurable progress. Peer culture. The language of sport applied to the science of the mind.

And The Locker Room brings it into the facility — structured, group-based, licensed, and built to scale inside schools, AAU programs, and athletic organizations across the country.

Where We Came From.
Where We're Going.

The Foundation

A Former Athlete Who Knew the Gap

Kevin Jordan walked away from sports knowing something was missing — not physical training, not coaching, but the mental infrastructure athletes needed to perform, persist, and transition. As a former NCAA athlete and NFLPA-certified contract advisor, he spent years inside the system watching athletes flame out, struggle in silence, and exit unprepared. He decided to build what didn't exist.

The Predecessor

iSport — Proof of Concept

Before MAXXX and The Locker Room, there was iSport — a group-based mental fitness program Kevin ran inside community centers and schools in Pittsburgh and Chicago. Not clinical settings. Real facilities. Real athletes. The program proved that athletes would engage with mental fitness training when it was framed correctly — as performance work, not therapy. iSport became the blueprint.

Building the Platform

MAXXX Performance Is Born

Drawing on 12+ years inside community behavioral health programs and the iSport track record, Kevin built MAXXX Performance — a mobile-first, AI-enhanced platform designed to deliver mental fitness training at scale. Six pillars. Daily BURST workouts. Daily Hype. NIL readiness. Progress tracking. A clinical team led by Dr. Tressa Grummer. MAXXX became the technology layer that every athlete could carry in their pocket.

Taking It Into the Facility

The Locker Room — Group Training at Scale

MAXXX as a solo app was powerful. But athletes perform better in cohorts. The iSport model proved peer culture was the mechanism — athletes open up when teammates are in the room. The Locker Room was built to bring that dynamic into schools, AAU programs, sports clubs, and athletic organizations with a structured 12-week group program, licensed Performance Coaches, and the MAXXX platform running underneath. The anchor location launched at I AM Training in Katy, TX.

The Road Ahead

Scaling the Infrastructure

MAXXX Performance is now executing across Houston, expanding The Locker Room into charter and private schools, AAU programs, and athletic organizations. A Reg CF capital raise supports the platform build-out. Quasar Data Center provides the enterprise-grade data infrastructure. The vision is a national network of Maxxx-certified facilities — backed by the only AI-powered mental fitness platform built exclusively for student-athletes.

The MAXXX Methodology

We didn’t import a framework. We built one from the ground up — rooted in
behavioral health, proven in community programs, and designed for the way
athletes actually learn.

BURST Learning

5–15 minute daily mental fitness workouts — short enough to fit into an athlete's schedule, frequent enough to build real habits. Inspired by how the brain builds patterns through repeated, consistent exposure rather than long, infrequent sessions.

Six-Pillar Framework

Mental Health, Mental Performance, Balance, Financial Readiness, Communication, and Leadership. Every training, every app interaction, every Daily Hype message maps back to one or more pillars. Progress is tracked, visualized, and reported.

Peer Culture Activation

Athletes don't open up in a clinical setting — they open up in the locker room. The MAXXX group format activates peer culture as the primary mechanism for engagement, trust, and behavioral change. Cohorts create accountability.

AI Personalization

The MAXXX app runs an independent AI-driven content track for each athlete — ensuring daily workouts, prompts, and recommendations are relevant to their individual pillar scores and development trajectory.

Clinical Foundation

Every program element is reviewed and approved by Dr. Tressa Grummer. Evidence-based protocols ensure clinical safety. Athletes who surface risk indicators are connected to qualified individual support resources.

Outcomes & Reporting

Pre/post six-pillar assessments. Monthly engagement reports. Season-end outcomes documentation. Data formatted for grant applications, SEL reporting, and institutional requirements. Stored on Quasar Data Center enterprise infrastructure.
