Season 1 — Demo

First Locker Room cohort — 20 to 25 student-athletes. 12 weeks, 1 or 2 trainings per week. MAXXX app access for every participant. Licensed Performance Coach on site. Baseline and exit six-pillar mental fitness assessments included.

Measure & Document

Weekly MAXXX engagement data reported to your staff. Pre/post pillar self-assessment scores for every athlete. Athlete and guardian feedback surveys at program close. Testimonials and outcome documentation. Full outcomes report at season end.

Scale & Commit

Six Pillars.
Twelve Weeks.

Each week builds on the last. Trainings combine group facilitation, skill-building exercises, and individual reflection — all tracked through the MAXXX app. Between trainings, athletes complete daily in-app workouts. Athletes develop real, transferable mental skills that show up in practice, games, and in the big moments when it matters most.

Two 12 Wk Seasons

2 trainings/week (60–75 min each) recommended. 1 training/week (up to 75 min) also available. Daily in-app workouts between trainings. Cohort-based for group dynamics and accountability.
