Athletes.
For Athletes.
12+ years of community behavioral health. Former NCAA athlete. NFLPA-certified. A licensed sports psychologist. And a conviction that mental fitness changes everything.
- Our Mission
We exist to close the gap between the pressure athletes face and the mental fitness support they receive.
MAXXX Performance was built because the mental health system wasn’t designed for athletes. Therapy waiting lists. Clinical language that athletes tune out. One-time workshops that don’t stick. Crisis intervention after the damage is done.
We built something different. A mobile-first, AI-powered mental fitness platform that speaks athlete. Daily reps. Measurable progress. Peer culture. The language of sport applied to the science of the mind.
And The Locker Room brings it into the facility — structured, group-based, licensed, and built to scale inside schools, AAU programs, and athletic organizations across the country.

- How It Works
The MAXXX Methodology
We didn’t import a framework. We built one from the ground up — rooted in
behavioral health, proven in community programs, and designed for the way
athletes actually learn.
BURST Learning
5–15 minute daily mental fitness workouts — short enough to fit into an athlete's schedule, frequent enough to build real habits. Inspired by how the brain builds patterns through repeated, consistent exposure rather than long, infrequent sessions.
Six-Pillar Framework
Mental Health, Mental Performance, Balance, Financial Readiness, Communication, and Leadership. Every training, every app interaction, every Daily Hype message maps back to one or more pillars. Progress is tracked, visualized, and reported.
Peer Culture Activation
Athletes don't open up in a clinical setting — they open up in the locker room. The MAXXX group format activates peer culture as the primary mechanism for engagement, trust, and behavioral change. Cohorts create accountability.
AI Personalization
The MAXXX app runs an independent AI-driven content track for each athlete — ensuring daily workouts, prompts, and recommendations are relevant to their individual pillar scores and development trajectory.
Clinical Foundation
Every program element is reviewed and approved by Dr. Tressa Grummer. Evidence-based protocols ensure clinical safety. Athletes who surface risk indicators are connected to qualified individual support resources.
Outcomes & Reporting
Pre/post six-pillar assessments. Monthly engagement reports. Season-end outcomes documentation. Data formatted for grant applications, SEL reporting, and institutional requirements. Stored on Quasar Data Center enterprise infrastructure.
